I don't use advance auto parts very much, but I will start going more often now. The staff there is knowledgeable and very helpful. I was greeted by friendly employees as I came in the door and given great customer service. I wanted a battery for my car and when the guy told me the price I almost left and went to Walmart, luckily I told him first and he actually matched the price for me and even installed it while I shopped around the store.

When given wrong part by Seth he was rude on the phone about giving the wrong part and in person. when having to put someone out to use their car and get the right part and then to be treated like this is unacceptable. He was very unprofessional. What ever happened to the customer is ALWAYS right. This boy needs to learn some manners. His ways might get him hurt some time. I wonder if his background check was legit Feedback: The workers at the very least need to sound like they are sorry on the phone for giving the wrong part. Its a slap in the face to be told "its not my problem if you dont have a ride back to get the right part"
